Induction of representative porcine HDP mRNA expression in porcine 3D4/31 lung alveolar macrophage cells by the selected HDAC inhibitors for 24 h. PBD2, PBD3, and PG1–5 mRNA expression levels were quantified using RT-qPCR. Two concentrations (4 and 8 mM) of sodium butyrate were used as positive controls. The results are means ± SEM of 2–3 independent experiments.
