Prostaglandin E<sub>2</sub> Inhibits Prostate Cancer Progression by Countervailing Tumor Microenvironment-Induced Impairment of Dendritic Cell Migration through LXR<i>α</i>/CCR7 Pathway

<div>PGE<sub>2</sub> downregulates LXR<i>α</i> expression and activation. The maturing DCs were cultured in the conditioned medium from RM-1. The decrease in ABCG1 and ABCA1 as well as LXR<i>α</i> expression by PGE<sub>2</sub> was detected by Western blot.</div>
