PGE2 inhibits RM-1 cell growth in mice with increased tumor-infiltrating T lymphocytes in tumor sites. Mice were challenged subcutaneously with 2 × 105 RM-1 cells. PEG2 at 100 μl of 0.15 μg μl−1 or PBS was then intraperitoneally contralateral every 2 d in total 6 times starting. (a) The tumor volume was monitored. .
