Phenotypic and functional changes in TLR3⁺ splenic NK Cells. (a, b) Splenic lymphocytes were gated on CD19⁻CD3⁻NK1.1⁺ cells firstly, and cells were stained with monoclonal antibodies against mouse NKG2A/C/E, NKG2D, MHC II, and CD69.
