Phenotypic and functional changes in TLR3+ splenic NK Cells. (a, b) Splenic lymphocytes were gated on CD19−CD3−NK1.1+ cells firstly, and cells were stained with monoclonal antibodies against mouse NKG2A/C/E, NKG2D, MHC II, and CD69.
