The pathways induced by TLRs 3, 7 and, 8. TLR3, TLR7, and TLR8 are expressed in the endosomes. The triggering through these molecules leads to the activation of NF-κB and IRF signaling pathways, which results in the production of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines as well as type 1 IFNs.
