Marinobufagenin Inhibits Neutrophil Migration and Proinflammatory Cytokines

Inhibition curves of Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase from the mouse brain and kidney preparations by marinobufagenin and ouabain. Crude membrane preparations were incubated for 2 h at 37°C with increasing concentrations of marinobufagenin or ouabain, and Pi was analyzed by a colorimetric method. Results were expressed as percent of the inhibition measured in the presence of 1 mM ouabain () and were obtained from at least 2 independent experiments performed in triplicate.
