Cervical Cancer Cells Express Markers Associated with Immunosurveillance

(a) Expression of MICA/B on the INBL, HeLa, CaSki, and C33A cells was determined using anti-MICA/B antibodies conjugated with FITC. (b) Expression of CD95 extracellular and intracellular on the INBL, HeLa, CaSki, and C33A cells was determined using anti-CD95 antibodies conjugated with PE-Cy7 (for extracellular expression) and APC (for intracellular expression); the upper dot plots show the staining controls for each cell line, and the lower dot plots show the cells stained for CD95.
