Following MALDI-TOF-MS and MS/MS analysis, the amino acid sequence of BP9 was obtained and the chemical formula (b) and the titration curve (c) were analyzed by DNASTAR. The isoelectric point of BP9 was 6.24 with a negative charge of 0.09. (d) The homologous proteins to BP9 in G. gallus and other species.
