Anti-IFN-γ autoAbs reduce the IFN-γ-induced bacterial killing capability of differentiated macrophages. (a) PMA-differentiated macrophages were treated with IFN-γ in the presence or absence of anti-IFN-γ autoAb-positive patient serum (PS) and incubated with SYTO 16 Green-stained heat-killed M. tuberculosis (HKMT).
