The RQ values of mRNA expression are shown from macrophage-depletion experiment 2, for RNA for human TGF-β, human IFN-γ, and for murine proteins TGF-β, CTGF, and BMP4 in the spleen, liver, lung, skin, and bone marrow of RAG2 ^-/-γc^-/- mice injected with huPBMCs with macrophage depletion due to clodronate-containing liposomes (indicated as +) and RAG2 ^-/-γc^-/- mice injected with huPBMCs without this depletion (indicated as -). No murine INF-γ was detected.
