Alterations of Hematologic and Hematopoietic Parameters in Mice Exposed to Pulsed Electromagnetic Field

<div>Changes of bone marrow nucleated cell number in mice after exposed to PEMF at different pulses. The bone marrow cells were flushed from the left femur with 1 mL of RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum. The number of nucleated cells was determined by cell counting.
