Increased TLR4 Expression Aggravates Sepsis by Promoting IFN-γ Expression in CD38−/− Mice

CD38−/− mice show a stronger inflammatory response and suffer from more severe kidney damage than WT mice according to LPS injection by the TLR4 pathway. The mice were injected with LPS (20 mg/kg) and sacrificed after 2 hours after injection. Representative hematoxylin and eosin staining images.
