CD33 (Siglec-3) Inhibitory Function: Role in the NKG2D/DAP10 Activating Pathway

<div>Inhibition of IFN-<i>γ</i> secretion by CD33 on NKL cells. hc-NKL cells were cocultured with P815 cells at a 1 : 1 E/T ratio. IFN-<i>γ</i> secretion is efficiently inhibited by anti-ILT2 but not by anti-CD33 (WM53 or HIM3-4) mAb.
