IL-6Rα^Δker mice express higher levels of IL-22Rα and IL-22 in lesional skin. Irritants induce higher expression of IL-22 and IL-22Rα in mice with a keratinocyte-specific knockout of IL-6Rα, IL-6Rα^Δker, and WT mice were exposed to BKC or control for 7 consecutive days.
