Calcitriol Inhibits the Proliferation of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Cells through a Mechanism Involving the Proinflammatory Cytokines IL-1β and TNF-α

Expression pattern of VD, IL-1β, and TNF-α receptors in TNBC established cell lines. Cell lysates from untreated SUM-229PE (SUM), HCC1806 (HCC), or MCF7 were separated by SDS-PAGE. Thereafter, proteins were transferred to nitrocellulose membranes and incubated in the presence of specific antibodies. GAPDH was used as loading control.
