The expression of OX40 on CD4⁺ T cells in ITP patients. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 54 patients with ITP and 24 healthy controls (HCs) were isolated and stained with labeled antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry, as described in Section 2.
