Opsonic properties of CL-12 towards A. fumigatus strains. Isolates of A. fumigatus strains were obtained from clinical specimens. Binding of purified CL-12 (6.5 μg/ml) to the A. fumigatus strains was assessed by flow cytometry. The MFI was used to assess protein binding. Results are representative of at least three independent experiments.
