HDAC activity blockade disrupts the cell cycle in the peritoneal cavity. C57BL/6 male mice were injected with iHDAC (40 nM, gray bar, or 100 nM, white bar; Trichostatin A: TSA) in the peritoneal cavity, and cell cycle was analyzed upon 48 hours. The control group was injected with DMSO. Regardless of the fact that iHDAC did not impact on cell morphology ((a) control; (b) iHDAC (40 nM); (c) iHDAC (10 nM)), we detected cell cycle arrest in the G0/G1 phase.
