The Immunotherapeutic Effect of SIRP<i>α</i>-Silenced DCs against Cervical Cancer

<div>Cytokine secretion analysis. Cytokines of TNF-<i>α</i>, IL-12, and IL-6 produced by SIRP<i>α</i>-silenced DCs with or without LPS stimulation were quantitated by ELISA. Silencing SIRP<i>α</i> in DCs drastically enhanced such cytokine production in the presence or absence of LPS stimulation.
