LBP regulate DCs maturation via TLR4-MAPK. DCs were pretreated with TAK 242 (10 μM) for 1 h and then cocultivated with LPS (100 ng/mL) or LBP (200 μg/mL) for 30 min. The mRNA and protein expression of TLR4 associated molecules was checked by Taqman-PCR and Western blot as TLR4 (a and g), Erk1 (b and h), Erk2 (c and i), p38 (d and j), JNK (e and k), and Blimp1 (f and l).
