The Effectiveness of Rapamycin Combined with Eltrombopag in Murine Models of Immune-Mediated Bone Marrow Failure

<div>Efficacy of rapamycin combined with eltrombopag on mDC. The numbers of mDC and the expression of CD80 and CD86 on mDC in the CsA group, the Rapa group, and the Rapa+Elt group are all lower than that in the AA group but with no statistical significance except CD80.
