Tfh cells are regulated by a complex network of transcription factors, including Bcl6, Blimp-1, ATF-3, c-Maf, Batf, IRF4, IRF8, STATs, T-bet, TOX2, Ascl2, LEF-1, TCF-1, Bach2, FOXO1, FOXP1, and KLF2. “+” means positive factors and “−” means negative factors. “→” means the promoting effect and “⊣” means the inhibitory effect.
