The Protective Effects of 18<i>β</i>-Glycyrrhetinic Acid on Imiquimod-Induced Psoriasis in Mice via Suppression of mTOR/STAT3 Signaling

<div>Effect of GA on the mRNA expression of inflammatory cytokines in imiquimod-induced psoriasis. Mice were administrated with distilled water, MTX and GA (60 and 120 mg/kg, respectively) for 7 days, and topically administrated with imiquimod. The mRNA levels of IL-6 (a), TNF-<i>α</i> (b), IL-17 (c), IL-23 (d), and IL-1<i>β</i> (e) in the skin were determined using RT-PCR.
