GA inhibits p-mTOR and p-STAT3 protein expression in the skin of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mice. Impacts of GA on the protein expression of p-mTOR and p-STAT3 in skin tissue of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mice were determined using Western blotting after GA treatment. The expression of p-mTOR, mTOR, p-STAT3, and STAT3 was detected using Western blotting (a).
