CMFO-specific antibody responses in different immunized mice (). Mice were vaccinated with PBS, MTO, DMT, CMFO/MTO, and CMFO/DMT. 10 weeks later, CMFO-specific antibodies IgG (a), IgG1 (b), and IgG2a (c) in the serum of each mouse were tittered by ELISA. The results were shown as the mean (± SEM) log₁₀ endpoint titers. (d) The ratio of IgG2a : IgG1 in the different groups of vaccinated mice. .
