After Treatment Decrease of Bone Marrow Tregs and Outcome in Younger Patients with Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia

<div>Bone marrow aspirate- (BMA-) Treg count modification after “3 + 7” treatment with (4 patients) or without midostaurin (35 patients). Mean BMA-Treg value decreased from 32/<i>μ</i>L to 10/<i>μ</i>L and from 18/<i>μ</i>L to 11/<i>μ</i>L in “3 + 7” treated patients with or without midostaurin, respectively.</div>
