Effect of Wogonin on B cells in mouse with acute colitis induced by DSS. The drinking water containing 5% DSS was administered for one day, followed by intraperitoneal injection of B cells (DSS+B group) or Wogonin-pretreated B cell (DSS+BW group) on the second day and sacrificed on the ninth day.
