Wogonin Suppresses IL-10 Production in B Cells via STAT3 and ERK Signaling Pathway

<div>Wogonin decreased the Hif-1<i>α</i> expression in LPS-treated B cells. Purified B cells were cultured with LPS for 6 h in the presence of different concentrations of Wogonin (0, 12.5, 25, and 50 <i>μ</i>M).
