The correlations of circulating Tfh cell subsets with serum IgG4 and IgG4-RD RI in IgG4-RD patients. Correlation analyses were conducted between absolute numbers (per μL) of Tfh subsets and serum IgG4 levels (up) or IgG4-RD RI scores (down) in IgG4-RD patients (). Each plot represented the data of one patient. The Spearman test’s correlation coefficient and values were listed, and the values less than 0.05 were linearly regressed to show relevant trends.
