Triggered Immune Response Induced by Antigenic Epitopes Covalently Linked with Immunoadjuvant-Pulsed Dendritic Cells as a Promising Cancer Vaccine

<div>T cells stimulated by peptides+HB<sub>100-108</sub>/pulsed DCs exert considerable lysis of the PANC-1 cell line in vitro. After stimulation with empty DCs or peptides±HB<sub>100-108</sub>/pulsed DCs for 24 hours or no stimulation, allogeneic T cells were collected as the effector cells and the PANC-1 cancer cell line was used as target cells.
