miR-24-3p/KLF8 Signaling Axis Contributes to LUAD Metastasis by Regulating EMT

miR-24-3p was negatively associated with KLF8 mRNA expression and was closely related to EMT markers (Snail and E-cadherin mRNA). The higher KLF8 and Snail mRNA expression were closely related to poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma.
