CGRP evokes increases in the expression of iNOS, RIG-I, and NF-κB in microglial cells in a time-dependent manner. (b) Western blotting analyses for the effect of HDAC2 inhibitor VPA on CGRP-evoked iNOS, RIG-I, and NF-κB protein expression in microglial cells with treatment of CGRP and pretreatment with VPA. Relative amounts of proteins were calculated by normalizing to GAPDH.
