<div>Effect of BD-2 on PMC migration. (a) Native PMCs or (b) IgE-coated PMCs were incubated with different concentrations of BD-2, TNF (0.05 pg/mL), CCL5 (100 ng/mL), NGF (100 ng/mL), LL-37 (20 <i>μ</i>g/mL), CRAMP (20 <i>μ</i>g/mL) or medium alone (control spontaneous PMC migration) for 3 h at 37°C in a Boyden microchamber. Spontaneous migration served as a control and was referred to 100%.
