Knockdown of nrf2 Exacerbates TNF-<i>α</i>-Induced Proliferation and Invasion of Rheumatoid Arthritis Fibroblast-Like Synoviocytes through Activating JNK Pathway

<div>Knockdown of nrf2 promoted TNF-<i>α</i>-induced matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) expression. After transfection with scramble siRNA or nrf2 siRNA for 3 days, RA-FLS were stimulated with/without TNF-<i>α</i> (25 ng/mL) for 24 h. The expression of MMP1 (a), MMP2 (b), MMP3 (c), MMP9 (d), and MMP14 (e) was examined with real-time PCR. <span class="nowrap"><svg height="8.8423pt" id="M25" style="vertical-align:-0.2064009pt"
