Compounds 1 and 3 attenuated the NF-κB signaling pathway. (b, c, e, f) The graph was expressed as the values of the relative ratio IκBα or p65 to β-actin protein expression level using densitometry. Cells were pretreated for 2 h with compounds 1 and 3 at concentrations of 5 and 10 μM, respectively, and stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 1 h. Dexamethasone was used as the positive control, and immunoblots analysis performed triplicate experiments.
