BP lysates can be used to expand cells for assessing BP antigen reactivity. The magnitude of responses expressed by spot-forming cells (SFC) is shown for the sum of T cell responses (IFNγ, IL-5, IL-17, and IL-9) for lysate restimulation after 14 days of expansion with BP lysate ( for aP and for wP cohorts). Data are expressed as for each cohort with the Mann–Whitney test comparison value.
