Deconvolution of positive MS reidentifies known antigens and identifies epitopes from novel antigens. Cytokine production was measured by FluoroSpot after 14 days of in vitro restimulation with BP lysate. The magnitude of responses expressed by spot-forming cells (SFC) is shown for the sum of T cell responses (IFNγ, IL-5, and IL-13) of a representative donor for all individual peptides () from a positive mesopool containing the known pertactin antigen. The name of the all the antigens encompassing the group of peptides is shown.
