Generation of Chicken IgY against SARS-COV-2 Spike Protein and Epitope Mapping

Plates coated with recombinant extracellular S protein of SARS-COV-2 were incubated with IgY-S or IgY-C (control) at a series of dilutions (1 mg/ml of stock concentration for both antibodies), and optical density was read at 450 nm (OD 450 nm).
