Knockdown of YAP/TAZ Inhibits the Migration and Invasion of Fibroblast Synovial Cells in Rheumatoid Arthritis by Regulating Autophagy

<div>Effect of autophagy inhibition on the expression of the indicated genes in stable YAP or TAZ knockdown RA-FLS. The indicated proteins in cellular extracts were determined by western blot from RA-FLS in the presence or absence of 3-MA (10 mM) or CQ (30 <i>μ</i>M). GAPDH was used as a loading control.
