Immunomodulatory effect of exosomes produced by KEL cells on human THP-1 monocytes under hypoxia condition. THP-1 cells were cocultured with exosomes excreted by KEL cells under hypoxia or normoxic condition for 24 h. Then, mRNA or protein expression levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-10, and CD206 were detected.
