Protein levels and localization of VEGF, as detected by Western blot and immunochemical staining and immunofluorescence analysis VEGF expression, were evaluated by Western blotting (a). The expression of VEGF increased in the model groups compared with the control groups, and YXJD inhibited the expression of VEGF in the lesions of IMQ-induced PA mice (b). VEGF protein expression in the mice was measured by immunochemical staining and immunofluorescence analysis (d).
