Immunohistochemical staining of lung tissues from MN-based NP immunized mice. At day 29, mice from the S.C. NP immunization group, MN NP immunization group, and vehicle control groups were sacrificed and lung tissues were collected and subjected to IHC staining of CD4 (a) and CD8 (b) markers.
