Upregulation of lnc-ZNF281 Inhibits the Progression of Glioma via the AKT/GSK-3<i>β</i>/<i>β</i>-Catenin Signaling Pathway

<div>Inhibition of lnc-ZNF281 inhibited glioma cell proliferation and migration. (a) qRT-PCR results indicated that the expression level of lnc-ZNF281 in glioma cells decreased significantly after si-lnc-ZNF281 transfection. (b, c) The CCK-8 assay results indicated that inhibition of lnc-ZNF281 promoted the proliferation of glioma cells.
