DGAT1 Expression Promotes Ovarian Cancer Progression and Is Associated with Poor Prognosis

<div>Upregulation of DGAT1 expression is associated with poor survival in ovarian cancer. (a) DGAT1 expression is upregulated in stage IV ovarian cancer as compared to stage III. (b) DGAT1 expression is upregulated in histological grade 3/4 as compared to histological grade 1/2. (c) DGAT1 is overexpressed in patients with venous invasion as compared to those without venous invasion.
