Expression of TLR4-NF-κB and inflammatory cytokines in the liver was detected by Western blot. Changes in expression of liver TLR4 and proinflammatory cytokines in WT, CD38^-/-, and CD38^-/-TLR4^mut mice were detected at 3 hours after E. coli stimulation by Western blot. The expressions of TLR4, MyD88, TRIF, NF-κB p65 and phospho-NF-κB p65, IL-6, iNOS, and BAX were measured (a).
