TLR4-NLRP3-GSDMD-Mediated Pyroptosis Plays an Important Role in Aggravated Liver Injury of CD38<sup>-/-</sup> Sepsis Mice

<div>The expression of ERK1/2 was detected in mice induced by <i>E. coli.</i> After 3 hours of bacterial stimulation, liver tissues of WT CD38<sup>-/-</sup> and CD38<sup>-/-</sup>TLR4<sup>mut</sup> mice were taken out to detect the expression of ERK1/2. The liver tissue was stained by immunohistochemistry, and the pictures were obtained by using an Olympus electron microscope (a). The expression of ERK1/2 was detected by Western blot (b), and relative levels of phospho-ERK1/2 to ERK1/2 (c) were analyzed by ImageJ software.
