TLR4-NLRP3-GSDMD-Mediated Pyroptosis Plays an Important Role in Aggravated Liver Injury of CD38-/- Sepsis Mice

The expression of ERK1/2 was detected in mice induced by E. coli. After 3 hours of bacterial stimulation, liver tissues of WT CD38-/- and CD38-/-TLR4mut mice were taken out to detect the expression of ERK1/2. The liver tissue was stained by immunohistochemistry, and the pictures were obtained by using an Olympus electron microscope (a). The expression of ERK1/2 was detected by Western blot (b), and relative levels of phospho-ERK1/2 to ERK1/2 (c) were analyzed by ImageJ software. Data are presented as .
