Moesin Is a Novel Biomarker of Endothelial Injury in Sepsis

<div>MSN inhibition reversed LPS-induced vascular hyperpermeability and recovered the MLC expression in HMECs via regulating the Rock1 activity.(a) RT-qPCR and (b) Western Blotting analyses of the efficacy of MSN silencing in HMECs, and the semiquantification for MSN silencing was shown in (c).
