HMSC-Derived Exosome Inhibited Th2 Cell Differentiation via Regulating miR-146a-5p/SERPINB2 Pathway

<div>HMSC-derived exosome suppressed the effects of oeSERPINB2 in normal CD4<sup>+</sup> T cells. (a) The level of SERPINB2 was downregulated in oeSERPINB2 cells after coculture with HMSC-exo. (b) Western blot analysis was used to examine the protein contents of SERPINB2, T-bet, and GATA-3 in oeSERPINB2 cells with or without coculture with HMSC-exo.
