Acacetin suppresses apoptosis of H9c2 cells in H/R injury. H9c2 cells were divided into control, H/R model, and H/R + acacetin (12.5, 25, and 50 μg/ml) groups. (a) Cell apoptosis rates of each group were analyzed by flow cytometry, while cell survival rates were analyzed by DAPI staining.
