Acacetin Protects Myocardial Cells against Hypoxia-Reoxygenation Injury through Activation of Autophagy

<div>Acacetin mitigates H/R injury by regulating the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. H9c2 cells were divided into control, H/R, H/R + acacetin (12.5, 25, and 50 <i>μ</i>g/ml), and H/R +50 <i>μ</i>g/ml acacetin + LY294002 groups.
